Ryco 645 and 226 Gutting and heading equipment for salmon
The line for processing salmon.
Consist of two units:
1. Ryco 226 The Header. Removing head from frozen and fresh salmon as well.
Suitable for next size range: from 500 grams to 8 kilograms.
2. Ryco 645 Gutting machine.
Designed for gutting wild Atlantic salmon, rainbow trout, and similar species.
Capacity: up to 44 fish per minute.
The main feature is careful removing inner organs with roe and remaining fillets without damages.
