Baader 605 Bone separator for meat products
The machine can gently separate meat from waste components, like bones, veins, and skin. It processes fish, deboned turkey drumsticks, chicken backs, legs, wings, tails and necks, turkey and chicken carcasses.
The solid components remain outside the drum. The ratio between yield and quality can be influenced by means of adjusting the pressure roller.
A flexible squeezing belt transports a product to the perforated drum, there it is pressed between belt and drum. The soft components come inside of the drum through the holes. The solid components stay outside. Yield and quality can be adjusted using the pressure roller.
Operation process with flexible squeezing belt feeds the product to a perforated drum and presses the soft components through the holes of the drum.
